As Legacy Station gets closer to being completely built out, the need for another community has grown. This need will answered by Heritage Village. This new, much larger community will allow Turning Point to continue to pursue its mission of providing good, low cost housing to those who could not otherwise afford to own their own home, primarily to single parents. For more than 20 years, St. John the Baptist Catholic church has given it’s annual Samaritan Award to organizations which help in the community. Turning Point Ministries is honored to have been chosen as the first place winner of this year’s award. Board members Dick Freeman and Josh Moore were on hand to accept a handsome plaque and a generous check for $2,000. The funds will help the Ministry in a big way.
