At Turning Point Ministries we spend a significant amount of time, effort and treasure on home construction. Building homes is challenging and can be filled with delays due to weather or the availability and timing of resources, and the reliance on one of our most valuable resources — volunteers! But, building homes is actually secondary in our mission. Our primary mission is to bless others in the name of Jesus Christ. It just so happens that in our case we are blessing them with the opportunity to become homeowners. We post a lot of pictures of our homes because we are proud of our neighborhood Heritage Village and the homes we build. We also post a lot of pictures of our volunteers out of gratitude because we could not accomplish our mission without them. But, this post is in honor of our homeowners. They are why Turning Point Ministries exists. Becoming a Turning Point homeowner takes effort. They are hard-working, determined people and we love them and are blessed to know them! Here are pictures of some of our most recent home owners mostly taken at their home deciation ceremonies:

Celebrating Homeownership!
Turning Point Ministries is pleased to announce that this Sunday, August 4th, at 2 pm, we will hold another home dedication. Joy Usoh and family are the excited new homeowners. Turning Point home dedications include a meaningful blessing ceremony and light refreshments. Please join other supporters of Turning Point and us to bless their new home at 416 Victory Rd. The home is located in our Legacy Station neighborhood just west of Broadway between Thatcher and Edwards.
Home Dedication
The home of Beverly Watson and her son Ayden was dedicated on December 9, 2018 with a blessing ceremony and refreshments. Several of Beverly’s family members and friends attended the dedication along with members of the Turning Point board. Beverly faithfully worked through our steps to home ownership and is now a home owner in our newest neighborhood, Heritage Village. Thank you for everyone who supports Turning Point in any way. You make these joyous days possible!
