Applications for homes built by Turning Point Ministries are accepted based on financial need. Please read the Income Qualifications section on the Apply page prior to applying.
The Turning Point application is pretty lengthy. You have the option to download it or complete it online. If you currently rent, you must also complete and send the permission letter below so that we may contact your current landlord.

Our online application is divided into four parts. We must receive all four parts for your application to be considered. After you successfully submit each part of the application your web browser will automatically go to the next part and you will be sent a confirmation email. You may also return to this page to complete each part separately.
